Beyond the Bucket List Workshop
What if your goals weren’t limited by what seems realistic right now?
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, we’ll step beyond the ordinary bucket list and explore the larger-than-life goals that make you feel excited, a little crazy, and completely alive.
You’ll reconnect with the dreams of your younger self, give yourself permission to dream without limits, and have opportunities to share your ideas and inspiration with others. You’ll also learn a simple 5-step process for turning even your most outrageous ideas into something you can pursue.
Dream it. Dig into it. Decide. Do. Done. Then DANCE. Life isn’t waiting for the perfect moment. The time to start living is now.

Remove The Box Lecture
Intended for local run groups, health-related nonprofits, and individuals with chronic illness, I will share my story of not allowing my disability to define me or to stop me from doing what I love.
I never allowed myself to be placed inside a box, placed on a shelf, and forgotten.
Break free from the box of other people’s misconceptions. Creative thinking and creative problem solving will become your two best friends.

Roll for It! Workshop
Ready to make art without worrying about being “good” at art? Artistic Telephone is a playful, collaborative art experience where your artwork travels from person to person, with each artist adding their own twist along the way. Experiment with crayons, markers, collage, texture, and unexpected techniques while simple creative constraints keep things interesting.
Come solo, bring a friend, or gather a small group. No art experience necessary! Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play. Think of it as a fresh, low-pressure opportunity to try something new, get creative, connect with others, and rediscover the joy of play.
Roll. Create. Pass. Repeat. Ready to play? Secure your spot and let’s see what we create together!
